The 2015 Master Plan was created by the City and County of Denver\, Colorado State University System\, the Western Stock Show Association\, the Denver Museum of Nature & Science and History Colorado to established a long-range vision\, guiding principles\, and goals for the redevelopment of the National Western Complex and Denver Coliseum\, and the revitalization of this historic region of Denver. The campus sources 90 percent of its heating and cooling from an underground sewer pipeline (a recycled source of thermal energy) and is the largest sewer-heat recovery system in North America. \nCSU Spur; Jenna Garcia (Communications)& Tiana Kennedy (Colorado State University) \nThe educational anchor of the National Western Center\, CSU Spur is a three-building campus that brings learning to life around important global topics of food\, water\, and health.
