RemFest25 Albuquerque 2025: Premier Environmental Networking & Education Event for Industry Professionals

RemFest25 Albuquerque 2025 is making its highly anticipated debut in the Land of Enchantment. This premier event promises an EPIC day full of education, networking, and camaraderie. Whether you’re a professional in the environmental, energy, or regulatory sectors, you won’t want to miss this unique opportunity to connect with industry leaders and gain valuable insights.

The event will begin at 7:00 AM with sponsor setup. Then, at 7:45 AM, attendees can check in, collect raffle tickets, and enjoy coffee with sponsors. This is an excellent chance to network before the event officially kicks off. At 8:30 AM, we will start the program with a welcoming introduction, acknowledging our sponsors, industry professionals, and all attendees. This sets the tone for a day of collaboration and learning.

The first session, at 8:45 AM, will feature Miori Harms from NMED discussing important AUM updates. This session is ideal for anyone involved in water management or environmental policy. Following this, there will be a 15-minute break with sponsors, offering more opportunities for informal networking and discussion.

At 9:30 AM, Mark Murphy from NMED will talk about the New Mexico Petroleum Storage Tank Bureau. This session will cover the challenges and opportunities within the petroleum industry, particularly with regulatory developments. Afterward, there will be a quick break at 10:00 AM to refresh and continue networking.

At 10:15 AM, Johnny Mitchell from Pace Labs will focus on ensuring analytical data integrity. This session is vital for those working with environmental data and laboratory standards. At 11:00 AM, Amanda Reeves from Snell & Wilmer will provide a crucial update on air quality regulations under the Trump 2.0 Administration.

The event will break for lunch at 11:30 AM, giving attendees time to network further with sponsors and fellow professionals. Following lunch, at 12:30 PM, Corbin Carsrud, Bernalillo County Hydrogeologist, will discuss trends and warning flags in the East Mountain area. At 1:30 PM, Claudia Trueblood, Ph.D., will present updates on PFAS contamination and other emerging contaminants in the environmental sector.

Finally, the event will wrap up at 3:00 PM with a raffle and camaraderie portion, during which we’ll acknowledge sponsors and foster continued networking.
